Ella holds a Master degree (Master II/LL.M.) in General European Law, option (spécialité) in Satellite Communications (Space law), Communication and Media Law (SatComMedia) from the University of Luxembourg (2012).
She holds a doctorate degree (PhD) in International Law (Space Law).
