Franz Schiltz is the Managing partner at SCHILTZ & SCHILTZ.
Franz Schiltz is the author of a number of articles in the area of insurance and banking law. He lectured in insurance law from 2001 to 2015. He served as a member of the Luxembourg Bar Council from 2000 to 2002.
He is the treasurer of the Luxembourg Equestrian Federation since 2008. He formerly served as the President of the Federal Tribunal of the same Federation.
Franz joined the firm in 1994. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1993. He started his career with another Luxembourg law firm.
He holds a Master degree in business law (maîtrise en droit des affaires) from the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
