The Data Protection team is composed of lawyers having been involved in the crafting of the data protection regulatory framework in Luxembourg and in the European Union including negotiating the European Data Protection regulation, SCHILTZ & SCHILTZ henceforth is in the position to provide you expert knowledge on all aspects of the GDPR and other data protection aspects. We advise both larger institutions and start-ups in this area of practise.
